By booking a consultation, submitting an enquiry, or using any service offered through musahomeopathy.uk, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they set out important information about our services and your responsibilities as a patient.
1. About Our Service
Musa Homeopathic Clinic, run by Dr. Jawad, provides online homeopathic consultations in the classical Hahnemannian tradition. Consultations are delivered via Zoom or Google Meet to patients in the UK, Pakistan and worldwide. Homeopathy is a complementary system of medicine and is used alongside — not as a replacement for — conventional medical care.
2. Medical Disclaimer & Scope of Practice
- Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
- Homeopathic consultation is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, dial 999 (UK), 1122 (Pakistan), or your local emergency number immediately.
- We do not diagnose disease in the conventional medical sense; we assess the totality of your symptoms and select an individualised remedy.
- You should continue any prescribed conventional medication until your GP or specialist advises otherwise. We never instruct patients to stop medication.
- Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of cure; we commit only to careful, principled practice.
3. Booking, Fees & Payment
- Consultation fees are listed on the Fees page and may be updated from time to time. The fee in force at the time of booking applies.
- Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise.
- Fees include the consultation itself, written case notes, the remedy prescription, and follow-up communication for a defined period (specified per service).
- Remedies are dispensed locally by you through any reputable homeopathic pharmacy; their cost is not included unless explicitly stated.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- More than 24 hours’ notice: free rescheduling, or full refund.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 50% of the consultation fee is retained to cover the reserved time.
- If the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund.
- Once a consultation has been delivered and a remedy prescribed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
5. Your Responsibilities
For the consultation to be safe and effective, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about your symptoms, medical history and current medications;
- Inform us of any significant changes to your health between appointments;
- Follow remedy instructions precisely and observe the lifestyle guidance provided (see the Health Care Guide);
- Maintain regular contact with your GP or specialist alongside homeopathic care;
- Have a private, stable internet connection and quiet space for the video call.
6. Treatment for Children
Consultations for patients under the age of 18 must be booked, attended and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for administering the remedy and reporting progress.
7. Communication & Response Times
- Routine email and WhatsApp messages are answered within 24 hours, Monday–Sunday, during clinic hours (UK time).
- Brief follow-up support is included free of charge for the period specified per service. Substantial new complaints require a new consultation.
- We are not an emergency service. Do not contact us if you require urgent medical attention.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on musahomeopathy.uk — text, images, design, articles, the Musa Homeopathic logo, and case-form materials — is the property of Musa Homeopathic Clinic and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission. You may share links to public pages freely.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musa Homeopathic Clinic’s liability arising from the use of this website or any consultation is limited to the consultation fee paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Complaints & Feedback
We take feedback seriously. If something has gone wrong with your care or experience, please email info@musahomeopathy.uk with the subject line “Complaint”. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for patients resident in the United Kingdom, and by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for patients resident elsewhere, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms occasionally. The “Last reviewed” date at the top reflects the most recent change. By continuing to use our services after a change takes effect, you accept the revised terms.
